It was easy to install however it is a pain to lower and raise the footrest part in order for my daughter to get in and out of the car. We bought this foot rest when we upgraded our daughter's car seat about a week ago. And there was no way of contacting the seller without fully returning the item

Our four year old grandson really likes it. Everything is good but what I don't like is that I pay for something new and they send me a used and scratched part, even thought only one part was used I’m not returning it but next time make sure everything is new , not used. This will help relieve the pressure on his muscles while traveling.
