Hope I helped! Had a look at the ingredients properly tho and was surprised at how long the list was with a bunch of chemicals I don’t even know how to say! I purchased these vitamins for my girlfriend and after 3 weeks this is the result.

One of them is Titanium Dioxide and I don’t approve of that. Can never understand why these pills are meant to be healthy and help u in some way but continue to add nasty chemicals in at the same time. My nails have grown really well and are much stronger.
