Does exactly what it says is will. If you are someone that is battling constant yeast infections or your females tract is not where it should be this is definitely something you should give a try. (The Dirty Dancing Lake) At the time I didn't know it but I had a small scratch on my side. I unfortunately still battle this if I stop taking the feminine probiotics.

I've had a recurrent group b strep infection for a couple months and this is the first probiotic to keep me from itching like crazy. I've only been taking one a day as I am on a maintenance plan now. I was on two very strong antibiotics for weeks in order to clear the horrible infection up. Highly recommend to help gut flora/vaginal health.
