Bad side is the speaker is very loud. Easy to use and voice working well. It is on the back of the dogs head, I’ve muffled the noise with some bluetak temporarily and will get some hardening putty at some point on the inside at some point but my daughter doesn’t care in the slightest and my ears are much better so may never get around to it! The media could not be loaded.
