I must start with encouraging every lady to find your right size and shape before giving up! Even after two natural births the model 1 is perfect for me.

Heres some tips I’ve learned:1) Practice using it before you need it and get comfortable with your body. In that time period, I would’ve had to change at least 6 or more super plus tampons and panty liners. I’m sure I’ll get more comfortable and not have to use them, but then again. It worked perfectly.

I didn’t have to take it out while going to the bathroom (number 1 that is). It is so comfortable I don't even feel I need to cut the stem off.

But my favorite part is how lazy I can be on my period now, and still be totally sustainable! I wore a panty liner just in case and spotted hardly any at all.
