It reminds you, it’s doesn’t take much to be happy. There is one spoiler alert I should point out: If you want the suspense to continue, you may want to skip at least the last picture in this section, since it identifies the survivors.

Leadership and camaraderie at its finest and the environment in which it is explained is done in such vivid detail. Their shop was wrecked beyond repair and he and his crew were forced to live on floating ice sheets, food rations, seal blubber for fuel, and anything else to keep them alive.

The book is written in great detail and I found myself turning the pages quickly, anxious to know what would happen next. I tend to read fiction but this is simply one of the best books that I have ever read. A riveting look at what the human body can endure when given the proper motivation.

Great story of surviving against all odds. What a page turner. Such is the case with Endurance. This book’s strongest point is the writing itself.

You feel like you are right there with Shackleton and his team; feeling the cold wind, yearning for a good meal, hoping to get the feeling back in your limbs, and dreaming of a good night’s sleep. the condition in which it was delivered is good and you can buy it without a doubt. He wanted to be the first person to accomplish such a feat, and he was bound and determined to make his goal a reality.
