The build of the product is very good, not cheaply made giving confidence that it’s hard wearing and not going to fail and fall down. Very good quality and works well would definitely recommend if you want to have your tv out the way only downside is it’s a bit bulky and heavy Arrived promptly. A little tricky installing the tv on your own so do get help fitting the tv to the bracket.

Our ceiling are not that high which I did not consider. Had it 6 months almost now and it doesn't miss a beat. We wanted the view out of the conservatory window back , unfortunately the only place for a tv was in front of the window.

So I found this on here and yes it's very good as you can see. I'm 5" 10 so just bear that in mind when purchasing this item. But lucky for use it's about right giving use 2in head room. But overall very good .

Installation is very straight forward and I had it up and working within 30 mins. Product is good, slow moving but that is not really an issue, it just takes away the wow factor when you show people as they get bored waiting. But over all it’s a good product and I highly recommend.
