I contacted Spikeball directly who then assured me I would get a new net. Having already played a lot with some other sets, we knew we had to tight it more. This is a really fun game to play and Easy to learn.

After a few games we figured the net was "falling a part". Worth the extra money, but ball popped after several games.

I'm guessing it should arrive in a few days now that it is in Canada. After only one game the net wasn't tight enough. I then Contacted spikeball and they sent me a new net right away. Spike On!
