Certain temperatures are better for different kinds of uses such as 40° for baking, 80° for green tea and 100° for herbal infusions so having a kettle that can be programmed to switch off at these temperatures is a great idea. Its also quite light too hold. 40 60 80 85 90 95 100I noticed with gravy and coffee, 95 is the best so it's nice and hot! Now its not the quickest boiler.

It contains instructions that are little more than pictures with pages of written safety advice in different languages. Either way, want a kettle with lots of temp options, you cannot go wrong here.
