The reason I've knocked a star off is due to the price - £27 (at time of review) is expensive for about months worth of tablets (if you take the 2 per day). It's certainly not made anything worse or caused any flare ups. Recommendable. I've never tried tumeric before, but I've read about it's many benefits including heart, joints and inflammation.

I'm not a healthcare expert, so I rely on reliable websites, such as the NHS or my GP, to get information about this kind of supplement. As I'm veggie, it's hard to find good quality tablets, but these aren't packed full of unnecessary ingredients.

And as a quality auditor who has audited different kinds of companies and manufacturers, including supplements. It has a taste of turmeric, but not that bad at all.
It could have been better if this product had followed the GMP standard or other quality standards. One bottle is good for a month's supply. Moreover, I have no adverse effects after taking it for a week. I've not been taking it for too long to notice any benefits yet, but I will try anything to help!
Since being diagnosed with mild scoliosis, I found that turmeric and black pepper helps relieve joint pain. Each capsule measures about 2cm, so it is not challenging for most people to swallow, considering it needs to be taken two caps a day with food. The media could not be loaded. The contents of the tablet are bright yellow and are very easy to swallow, with no after taste.
As I suffer with IBD I'm keen to try out the reduction in inflammation.
