The book as an object is quite well done. Great quality. I'm pretty new to crocheting and I got this book for attempting my first amigurumi projects.

It could be something that didn't matter to me but being pregnant and having such a sensitive sense of smell right now was the only thing that caught my attention. I decided to take a punt on it and it was a lot heavier and thicker than I thought it would be. I've only made a couple things but the patterns are so easy to follow and everything is explained to you in the book, from the very basics, how to's for the stitches you'll need to do, plenty of pictures to guide you through the patterns alongside the text.

Extra: I would use a yarn thicker than Grandma to enlarge the size of the pieces. I haven't been crocheting for very long and I still struggle with patterns but this book is brilliant.

Highly recommended the book I like that because of the type of seam it opens and stays almost flat, so you don't have to be fighting to keep it open in what you follow the pattern. I already made a lot of figures and gave a lot of them because they see them and they love them.

It has been amazing! So easy to follow and jam packed with adorable projects. I've just got into crochet and this is the first book I've purchased to do amigurumi. Once again, it is a trivial thing but still if you are sensitive in smell just let it air a little because it does not take away the divine from the book.
