massage function is incredible, it works perfectly. absolutely no issues with it at all in everyday use so far. the cup holder edge was razor sharp on the edge at top on the inside. The main thing I did not want is a logo/branding on the chair and thanks to a few other customers who confirmed it did not have these I can also.
