I prep both bottles at the end of each day by filling them both with water (just plain old tap for me) to about the 12oz line; this is based on personal preference for my water to powder ratio and can easily be adjusted for your own preference thanks to the wonderfully handy measurement markers right on the bottle! 9. I typically don't unscrew the cap between shaking and consuming, but I wanted to get the photo here.

Smaller bottle says 12oz on the side, but as a whole with lid attached, can hold 20oz if filled with lid on. You can’t go wrong with Helimix. I contacted Helimix just to see if there was anything they could do.

A few instances it fell and didn’t spill. The only annoying part is the opening takes a bit too much force to open, but can be negated by using a different corner. )Highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a bottle without the messy mixer ball.
