The Tomato and Pomegranate salad in beautiful and delicious. Our family also enjoyed the Quinoa Porridge with Grilled Tomatoes, the Slow-Cooked Chickpeas on Toast with Poached Egg, Corn Slaw, Honey Roasted Carrots With Tahini and Smokey Polenta Fries. My only complaint is that I didn't buy it sooner!

so interesting and colourful recipes that I did the Pea and mint croquettes which turn to be wonderful! When I sent a complaint to Amazin along with photographs, they never responded. when the book arrived I was very excited however when I opened the package the front cover was so badly damaged.
