I didnt realize how much stress that was causing me until i tried magnesium biglyconate. She swears this is because of the magnesium capsules. I joined the magnesium advocacy group and learned that magnesium glyconate is good for healing and relaxation. there is an image in the image search that has each form of magnesium and a brief description. I read that when we stress it depletes our magnesium and when we are out of magnesium it actually can cause MORE stress!

It recommended to not use magnesium nitrate at all so i recommend this product and i also recommend to google search the magnesium advocacy group to learn more about what magnisum can do for our bodies. I feel like I am no longer under stress.

I feel so much more relaxed while I am taking this. I am so glad to have discovered this magnium before my life got worse.
