It is very light and is about 6 inches thick when not in use. If the copper does its trick it should help with my stiff shoulder. The pillow is well made with a hollow fibre and the bits of copper in it is for health purposes - i have heard that copper actually kills most viruses and bacteria so great to know. When laying in bed i like to have my pillows nice and high in fact i use this one with another.

A supremely comfortable Pillow, whether the anti ageing properties work it it too early to tell. Overall i like this pillow and would recommend The pillow is soft and well made. Also the pillow is machine washable although i haven't tried washing it as yet.
