I use this day and night religiously. I haven't got a before photo, because, frankly, it was embarrassing how dark my teeth (except the cap) were. You get the picture.

😁 That being said, this one always leaves mine sparkling just a little more than others - and generally leaves them feeling 'cleaner', if that makes sense. Overall, really impressed both with the quality and reliability of this toothpaste. Within a couple of days I noticed the more obvious straining around the gums had improved.

The price is a bit too much but in all i like it To get my teeth cleaner Within a month I could see a difference in the colour.

Also - I haven't used fluoride for around thirty years, so this was big for me to do as this product has fluoride. As long as you are diligent with the brushing, I think you should see good results with this.
