I have type 4c thick curly Afro hair and the product glides on very smoothly! Only reason for a 4 and not a 5 star is because even when it’s all dry, there can be a small amount of shiny metallic grey that appears on your fingers like if you scratch your head.

The color really does show up on dark hair and gives a very nice pigment overall! I bought two whole jars of this stuff and only needed one. I have darker (brown) hair, and I was SO worried that I was going to need the WHOLE CONTAINER. I was going to a costume party as a nymph and I wanted to color my hair for the full look.

People believed I had actually dyed my hair silver. Overall, I really liked this product but I will be searching for ways to avoid flakes or another product that doesn't do so as much.

Perfect for a Halloween look! I put my hair in a two stranded twist the night before, and on damp hair applied the product, and took the twists out the next day. But I love that it doesn’t dry my hair out AT ALL and is a perfect solution when you don’t wanna vomit to dying your hair! This hair coloring wax works SO FREAKING WELL!
