Updated February 12, 2023. I read the reviews on this machine and they were kinda mixed. I'm a bit concerned about long term durability of the machine but so far so good. I call the phone number without much hope for resolution, boy was I wrong!

I only give it 4 stars because I wish the stride was longer. We’ve had it for over six months now and it’s held up well but it does squeak a little bit. It's compact and hopefully once I get it in place it can be leveled nicely using the built in levelers.

I emailed customer service to request a replacement part and after a week have not heard anything. The whole process could not have been handled more smoothly or with more professionalism and in today's consumer market, that deserves a HUGE shout out! I do wish the front base was a bit wider to give some extra stability.

I went ahead and took a chance, the worst that could happen is I return it right? It does wobble side to side just a bit when I am going full speed, but not to the point of being unsafe. Product was packed very efficient and nicely. Just going by construction, I wouldn't recommend this if you are over 6 feet and weigh more than 200 or if your sneaker is longer than 10" because you wont have any room on the foot pedals to change your position.

OKAY, so for starters: grab the manual and MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE PIECES, then toss that s%&&t away, and search on YouTube for the Assembly video and follow EVERY STEP. After about 10 minutes of frustration, I realize that I have 2 LEFT handle bars and I am crushed! Would love to hear back from the company on a replacement piece. I am not saying its hard, its just time consuming, however because of those REALLY bad reviews I was putting EXTRA attention to every step.

This product is what I expected it should be for the price. I am a 54 yr old petite woman and assembled this at a casual pace in a little over 2 hours.
