For almost a decade, whenever Shane and Ilya are in the same city, they meet up in secret to share a few passionate and incredibly heated hours together. A new favorite book for sure, but after loving book one Game Changer have I found a another favorite author in Rachel Reid as well?

I don't think I can read another enemies to lovers book without comparing it to this one, because it was just so perfect. I loved it so much.

. As time goes on, they realize just how dangerous their secret is.

The reality? We watch their story unfold over a span of several years, from when they first meet as rookies to when they've already got several Stanley Cups under their belts. I have no notes. For some reason didn't think this would be as good as it is - maybe its the cover, the extreme hype, or the 'enemies to lovers' trope that is really overdone these days - but boy was I wrong.

Or at least that's what the world thinks. but also, they realize how invested in these private moments together they truly are. In Heated Rivalry, we follow Ilya Rozanov and Shane Hollander, two hockey stars that are as opposite as opposites can be, and they despise each other.

I absolutely LOVED every second of this.
