Wearing this for thirty minutes is the equivalent of two hundred sit-ups, very impressive. The unit has a nice blue light making it easy to see and it has a little pocket to keep it in place when you are wearing it. It takes about four weeks plus to show any visible results. Expensive Yes, worth it yes, I cant wait to see the results.

You get a full easy to follow instruction book and a drawstring pouch to keep everything in. It comes in a really solid box which protects well in the post. When in use it just feels like a tingling sensation and you can easily adjust it lower or higher. This can be used with either an iPhone or iPad, which then keeps a record of your progress.
