Press one button and a light comes on in the payload bay. Very awesome toy. The space shuttle is nice enough by itself, but combining the two kits adds another exciting dimension to pretend flying into outer space.

The space shuttle is sturdy, and we're hoping it lasts many years. One astronaut sits in the cockpit while the other has a seat in the payload bay.

This space shuttle kit is a perfect gift for your kids. We decided to get this space shuttle after seeing how much our 4-year-old grandson enjoys playing with PLAYMOBIL Space Rocket with Launch Site Building Kit . She is getting the rocket set to go with it this weekend from her Grandma and I am sure she will flip. Not cheaply made at all.

Comes with 2 astronauts. She is very into space and loves this Shuttle. Our grandson has no problems lowering the landing gear or opening the cockpit canopy or payload bay doors. The wheels are pretty strong and can be opened and closed if needed.
