I have been complaining for months and nothing has been answered. Ordered on saturday and delivery was due on monday but arrived following day on sunday - well done Amazon. the product is very good. The bad thing is that they never sent me the link for the videos, so I can't get the most out of it.

Product is above expectations , very well made and sturdy. Strongly recommend his product. I use it frequently. Already have a Smart Wonder Core that I was very happy with but will now be using my new Wonder Core Rock N Fit It does everything is says and as I can't use the local gym (closed due to covid) I will be keeping toned and fit with this.
Amazing. Therefore I do not recommend it because it is misleading advertising.
