The book is very heavy and thick. I also like that it’s written in UK, so all the statistics and advices will be relevant opposed to other books I’ve seen that are American. The media could not be loaded.

Although I do have two apps for day-by-day, I still wanted a book as I always like to have everything on a paper. I am currently 4 months pregnant with my second baby, so I kind of know what my body is going through etc but looking through this book is so interesting and informative. It’s super thick so I think it’s a great value.

This is a big, lovely book to buy for yourself or a friend/family member if expecting a baby. Plus on each page there is a lot of useful information and tips about nutrition, exercises, some interesting facts about baby, health facts from doctors and explanations about every stage of pregnancy. I open the next page every day and it's insanely nice to read what is happening with the baby and how he is developing. Each page of the book shows each day of pregnancy.

It covers everything from the start of pregnancy until the birth and the few weeks afterwards, and contains some lovely pictures and daily updates on what is happening with your little one. Awesome book for pregnant women. Amazing bookDefinitely recommended to new mums! I LOVE this book!

(see my pictures) I've found it especially good during these earlier on stages where sometimes it doesn't feel like anything is happening, you can find your page and see there is actually so much going on! It will be a great gift for expecting mothers. It’s so amazing, with plenty of advice, close description of the body, baby, birth etc etc.
It's a very useful book, at the end of it there is information about breastfeeding, how to behave during contractions, complications and information about the first days of baby's life. Highly recommended!
