I am a great advocate of team work and this book shows what it can achieve. regularly refer back to. It doesn't hold back on the downs and reality of the many pressures, set backs and injuries, involved in trying to achieve their personal and/or team performances/aims or to improve their standards.
It certainly more than meets the high expectations we all had and still have of Kate and Helen on the pitch and the role models they are off it. Well worth a read and something I will I am sure.
This book we are told took a long time to write and be published, but it is well worth the effort that the authors and everyone else involved put into it. It is very relevant for all walks of life, work and family, as well as sport.
