They Paired straight away and that is when I noticed the first issue. There are 1 or 2 minor “problems” that prevent me from giving the best grade. So depending on how important the aesthetics are, you might decide to pay an extra £125 for Jabra earphones.

Build/Fit - Great build quality to the case and earphones however I would say the case is a little large and not really something i can put in my work trousers, not really an issue but I felt it is worth mentioning. I have used them on the treadmill and they stayed in my ears firmly. Build quality - very good actually - 4/5. These stay but are uncomfortable.

Really love these earphones, they have excellent sound quality and a nice comfortable fit. I got a response in less than 24 hours and after we ran though a few troubleshooting steps they determined the item would need replacing. I’m using these with a pixel3 and an iPhone 7 Plus. A 'normal' user will not find a lack of quality (in music).

The headphones do not actually charge, the three lights come on while they are "charging" but even after hours nothing has happened. Sound quality is not impressive, over all volume is okay but its very flat. Build quality is better than other earbuds in similar price range3.

For sub $100 , you cannot do better than these price wise. This will not put me off buying Anker products in the future but these headphones clearly aren't for me. Although longetivity of the accessory is yet to be proven, the price I paid for it is a fraction of Apple Airpods Pro the Industry Leader. I'm a female and I tried another brand which hurt to have in as they were too large.

Battery life is great . Once again if they were fully working they would have been great and the customer support from Anker was excellent as always.
