I can’t comment on positive outcomes yet as you need to take it at least for a couple of weeks. As for right now, I think that there are many products like this, used in natural treatments for ages and everyone should decide for themselves if they want to take it or not, as most of them have benefits to the health, but maybe it's not for everyone.

This is a unique product that I hadn't heard of, even though I do look at superfoods and similar products. This product absolutely deserve one! I'm hopeful and I haven't had any negative side effects yet, with some increase in energy (could be placebo). It looks and smells like very thick resin.

I've done a bit of research and found that some studies were done and they can partially confirm some of the benefits of this product, but further studies are needed. It can be less intense as a smell and flavour once mixed up with a hot herbal tea.
