It lightweight and the strings are long enough for someone who is at least XL. Lined inside which makes another 2 compartments. Arrived as stated. This bag has been a great replacement.

30/07/2020 update - I was not allowed to take this into the gym as it was too big , so back using my bum bag . My grandsons are into sports and this was the perfect gift for them, I included Nike slides in their favorite color.
