Arrived in just over half a day, thanks to Prime, in a cardboard box containing the DHP484Z screwdriver drill, the English user manual, a cut insert size 2 and Phillips cross size 2 and the belt clip to attach it to the strap of the pants when you have to maybe climb a ladder having to have your hands free; this box is inserted in a larger, sturdy, well insulated box with filler and Amazon logo. I had the pleasure of using the Makita DHP484Z cordless hammer drill for a home renovation project, and I must say I was impressed. The battery life was also a huge plus.
