In the guise of Grandpa Christmas, master storyteller Michael Morpurgo writes a poignant, somehow hopeful letter to the next generations, overflowing with love for nature and for our planet, and tackling important themes like climate change, sustainability and conservation. It is written in a beautiful way, so that Granddads letter really is a gift, a xmas gift just like he is really with them each and every xmas.

Jim Field is distant from the #OiFrog series: his style is purposely realistic yet non-specific, to allow the reader identification. . A lovely xmas present for any child, I would love to do something like this for my grandchildren.

And you will seriously want to gift it to any child you know. It is a letter about how we treat our world and living animals and how to preserve them. The book is also beautifully illustrated.
