The reason i dropped it a star is because its heavy, and there is only one inset handle which is on the back, when you have arthritis its tricky enough to use a can opener let alone pick this up. However when you change the mode back to 100% it just switches back to 65%.

Overall i am very impressed and extremely thankful for the opportunity to have something i would never of been able to aford to buy myself, so thanks Bionare. The box that it comes in is massive and yet the unit itself is relatively small in comparison, id say it was about the same size as as a small electric fire. It would of been so much better to of had 2 inset handles on either side of the unit so you could pick it up without hurting yourself.
