The product I received was packaged well, and it is in perfect condition without any smell and flaw. Although it made me a little confused that the plastic package labeled as size XS while the label on the product indicating size S. I ordered Size XS according to the size guide on the Amazon page.

My curved tummy is smoothed out once I put it on. It helped me to squat correctly and protected my backbone, in the meantime I didn’t feel any resistance. If I’m sitting down you do get a bit of a mushroom effect where body tissue will gather and spill slightly over the top which is a bit unsightly but I only wear mine for exercise and housework. ?

Therefore its important to measure yourself properly and read what it says. I don’t see much difference in waist size wearing this, but it does help my posture and I’ve noticed that my tummy is getting lot tighter and firmer from wearing this when working out. I ordered an XL originally which was tiny, it could fit however because I already have an extreme hourglass shape, it fills up where it doesn’t fit on the lower part on my stomach/ hips. i recommend
