She saw wrapping the book and ran to me. However, after only 6 weeks, the book has fallen apart - in three pieces already. There are so many books in market, which do not have pictures of real objects, instead have cartoons.

Though she is still little and says a few words, I knew she will spend a lot of time looking at the pictures and babbling. Brilliant book for learning words, colours, shapes, objects etc. My son learnt all words soon enough and eventually by 2 yrs of age he stopped showing as much interest as he used to when he was between 1. Love this book.

My 19 months old now takes it to bed with her. It’s the best book we own and we have maaaany. Note in the photos the spelling of 'Colours', and the 'Rubbish Bin' and 'Ice Lollies' are things that wouldn't be labelled as such in American English. Worth every penny.

Great book with lots of clear pictures and useful words. Good quality and it still stays strong after my toddler sons biting and throwing. It’s a great book for pointing and saying the words, and he’s already worked out how to use the tab feature to get to his favourite pages (transport and farm). Good size for a toddler to hold on to, not too heavy, not too small.

Really lovely book with lovely pictures :-) Bought this book for 2. A perfect first book. Of course, when there are conflicting reviews it's hard to know which to believe so I attach some photos to reassure.

Pictured next to a banana so you can see the size of the book - I think it's the perfect size for a toddler but some reviews were saying it's too small. I am so glad I found this.
