Many Christians feel that to be Christlike means to be a doormat and allow others to mistreat or use them. It’s not all about goodbyes. I wish I had this book way long before.

Lysa is such a talented author, sharing her knowledge along with her Christian counselor. She explains the scriptures and shows how right in the book of Genesis God had boundaries. Although this book feels like it’s written more for a troubled marriage, you can still apply it to most any relationship. It's very deep and can be hard to understand and follow at times especially if you have little people distracting you.
