) Once you have renovated a building, it's fixed forever. For Year 2 characters (they have gold discs so you can recognise them from Year 1 characters) each pack unlocks a 4 player battle arena. Happy gaming I'm just getting into the game, building the models as and when required.

It's a real treat to battle Flying Monkeys in Oz, fight Lord Business in Springfield and meet the Doctor on a Cyberman/Weeping Angel/Dalek infested planet. Only criticism I have (this might be me) but check points to save the game seem to be far between. Like all Lego games it is a platform to which you have a number of elements to complete. Another fun thing that they've added in this game are renovations.

The other half are the Adventure Worlds. Even if you decide to just stick with what you get in the Starter, the worlds and levels you get are enough to make up a good LEGO game. Let me start by saying that I am 13 and love most of the franchises in this game (the only exceptions are Ninjago and Chima, as I haven't watched them). PLOT:The base game includes 14 45 minute(ish) levels to dig into, with each level covering a different Year 1 franchise (Chima, Jurassic World and LEGO Movie are missed out due to lack of content).
It's handy to know that at the time of this review Year 1 of Dimensions' three year plan is coming to a close, with new franchises being released in the following waves of Year 2. The Starter Pack includes the DC Comics world, The Lord of the Rings world and the LEGO Movie world. These worlds are areas based on a franchise (one world for each one) and they all have quests to complete, places to explore and gold bricks to find. The levels are all connected, following the story of Batman (Troy Baker), Gandalf (Tom Kane) and Wyldstyle's (Elizabeth Banks) epic quest to save the LEGO Multiverse by defeating the evil Lord Vortech (Gary Oldman) who has employed villains such as The Joker and Saruman the White to venture into the different worlds and collect the Foundation Elements, important objects from each world (e.
