I was quite pleased with the construction and design and can really provide no critiques on how its made. This action forces you to breathe slowly and sends a message to your brain that everything is okay, and your body can relax. I will update my review if I have any issues with the finish coming off the necklace or any issues with the chain.

I tried one other breathing tool first based on appearance and price. )Overall, I do recommend this for people with panic disorder or anxiety because it actually does help you change the way you breathe. And this is a much-needed product in today's stressed-out world.

WOW what a game changer this necklace is a must have and I will be ordering them for family members in the future. We do it over and over and over without ever thinking about it. I've always been told to breath in triads to focus, they say start at 3 or 4 seconds, breath in for 4 seconds, hold it for 4 seconds, then exhale for 4 seconds, continually repeating.

It really works at helping me to breathe with Intention and focus on my breathing. But at the same time the sturdiness serves as a reminder of its presence so you can use throughout the day. This is actually preferable for the logo and brand name since they don't really add decoration, per se.

I got the silver because I mostly wear silver and I would have loved for this to be offered in a longer option in this color. I hope if you try this, for whatever reason, it helps you. It's such a ridiculousy simple concept - take a breath, hold, exhale slowly.

As it's etched in silver, they are all really hard to read. Is is a necessary device to do breathing exercises? I chose this necklace in color rose gold because I thought it looked beautiful in the photo. I have generalized anxiety disorder, and I suffer from panic attacks.

But here's an expensive piece of metal to help you do what you've been doing autonomically since birth. However, they are actual etched into the steel. Absolutely not. So when I saw this available I snatched it up immediately to give it a try!
