I'm mixed with Native American & Black. I don't color it or straighten it & get a trim every 6- weeks.

Smells great, texture when using has a good consistency to it. I use to be able to find this in stores like martins grocery store, but now everyone hogs it up and I can't find it anymore, so now I have to have it delivered from Amazon and pay for shipping, just to enjoy this product. This product has been a game changer for me.

Keeping it Natrual has kept it healthy for 60-years My hair needs a lot if moisture. Soft and shiny waves is what I got. Unless my son likes it and wants more (we usually share hair products).

I’m of mixed ethnicity and have a thyroid disease, so my hair is fine, thin, and typically curls into a mix of waves and ringlets. The first photo (November 2019) with the short hair is how I kept my hair for 30- years. I Love the Maui Curl Quench + Coconut Nut Oil Curl Smoothie for thick curly hair! I have long thick frizzy hair and it takes away all my frizz and brings back my waves and curls.

I bought this brand of flexible hold curling foam at the same time and it’s much better for my preferred hair styles. I’m pleasantly surprised mostly because it’s claiming to be for thick curly hair. That’s likely the cetyl alcohol again (which tends to be a no-go for my finer-than-frogs-hair strands). I’ve only realized in the last few years that my hair has gone somewhat curly.
