Finish : Very long, warming, dry and spicy. After twelve months of what must have been hard labour the distillery was ready and named Glenfiddich, Gaelic for Valley of the Deer. Official Tasting Notes Taste Notes: Colour: Dark gold. The rum-soaked cask infuses the aged whisky with a spicy warmth and indulgent vanilla and toffee sweetness, the character of the Caribbean shining through. A top shelf Glenfiddich fully deserving of the plaudits it’s received. Rich, sweet and exotic, Glenfiddich 21 year old Reserva Rum Cask Finish Single Malt Whisky.

I’m sure she will love it! No it isn't. I work in Scotland and there is a little old bar that I go to that has the best selection of whiskys I've ever seen, including this, I have been toying with the idea of treating myself to a bottle of this or Dalmore King Alexander III,and I was lucky enough to sample them both in the Grill Aberdeen.

. Bottle came very well packaged in the box and very padded. I keep it in the corner to stop myself drinking it as it needs to be savourd. so much so I grabbed a bottle from the airport for a pal's birthday but I'm not sure it's going to last till September 😜

Gift for my mom for Christmas who is an avid scotch and bourbon lover. So treat yourself or leave a hint for someone to buy it for you. It is stunning, and very hard to put down.

I have to say that this is simply the best whisky I have ever tasted, so smooth it was nectar, previously my go to tipple for special occasions was highland park 18 but in my opinion this blows it away, it's just so drinkable. Nicest whisky I've ever tasted.

Tastes nothing remotely like the 18. which is nice but in my opinion a little too smoke and oak. People saying get the 18 it's just as nice for half the price.
My wife bought me this beauty a few years ago.
