Taste really good. I was looking for a good quality rice which is easy to eat or small grains , this is it! The only “disadvantage” is that you need a lot of containers (preferably airtight) to hold the 20 kilos of rice, keeping it in a bag is risky and the flour butterflies can enter it if you don't close it properly so when you open the bag you should put the rice in airtight containers immediately.

Cooking time is reduced which means less energy so it's a win-win. When arrived, it was split open and boxed upside down. . 5 euros per kilo this rice was also ultra cheap and of high quality.

Edit: After a month and a half of use I must say that this broken rice is becoming my favorite rice to use, I use it in biryani, Thai green curry, pescatora risotto, practically everything. 5 euro/kg instead of 3-4 euro/kg).
