I did feel as if I would die, and no, he wasn’t going to do this to me either! This is a practical guide to surviving the horror of rejection as a parent, and taking the first brave steps of moving on.

I cannot say how much this book helped me to put his actions into perspective and start to REALLY live my life. Regardless of personal circumstance, you can only benefit from reading it, ticking the boxes, filling in the blanks and practising the exercises.
