Taking it for a while and it makes me feel more energetic. The bottle has a glued disc under the cap, so you can see that it's not been tampered with.

No K2 but you cannot have everything? but given it was a offered as a 're-order' I expected exactly the same . They are small and should be easy to swallow, but it's too soon for me to say if these will give me indigestion.

I would recommend not pulling the disc off the top of the bottle, but peeling it back a little. what I received was a bottle much smaller and containing tablets rather than capsules ( see photo ) . I’ve been taking these coming up to a year and blood tests and since then my more recent test have show signs of improvement. My blood test came back with low vitamin D.
