My only real issue with this (and most other scroll saws )is release mechanism. If you have the cash buy one otherwise I can recommend this one. Bought this a while ago and it was cheap so not expecting too much and didn't think I would use frequently.

If you're doing a project with lots of holes this is very time consuming. The more expensive Axminster saws have a quick change mechanism but these cost £500+. How wrong was I. Only problem I have had was the air nozzle failed due to constant use but contacted UK supplier and obtained replacements at very low cost.

To insert blade in each hole in turn you have to use an Allen key which is very fidley and frequently the bottom fixing drops out of its slot. It is robust, a bit noisy but not a problem if wearing ear defenders, cuts well after practise and on 25mm wood as well as hardwoods.
