We love the dark illustrations and story line, I’ve watched cox Chanel’s movie and documentaries so I loved that I could follow along and show my 1 year old this history early on! The book has a great use of colours and is very well made somewhere between hardback and paperback. This book was just brilliant.

I added it to my daughters book filled Easter basket and it was the prefect touch! Even when not being read we’ve used it as a double up for decoration as you can see from the pictures. This book is so cute and great for learning the history of who gabrielle coco chanel was and how CHANEL came to be and how she started from nothing so cute for my daughter I am all about books that can be decor but also read and this is one of them + I love the ideas of these books for my daughter.

Would make a great gift for a baby shower for any mom that is a fashion lover as well. The illustrations inside are wonderful and captivating. I got this last minute as I came across it late one night. I really love these books a fantastic little insight to some of the worlds most interesting characters!
