For me personally, because I have quite a fat heavy diet, they worked! In this pack you get enough tablets to last two weeks, taking two after each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with at least half a pint of water and they say that you can lose up to 5 times more weightI've just finished my course of tablet's, I weighed myself at the start and then weighed myself this morning and I've lost 7 1/2 lbs in total, which I'm very pleased about, not sure whether it's purely to do with these tablets or a combination of eating healthily and drinking more water as it's too soon to say if the tablets helped or not. Tastes like tea which is rather pleasant and I am rather pleased with these tablets as I am a bit of a yoyo dieter and on the first day of using them i had a big takeaway and i still lost weight when i checked the next day.

i only fully tried to diet for two days but i did still keep taking the tablets so i do feel they really worked as i almost lost a 1kg after 5 days of using them and two of those days was when i actually dieted. Already seeing a difference and helping me shed those extra lockdown lbs.

If out of your daily calories, only 300 of them are from fat, and this blocks, let's say 20%, from being absorbed, then you're only blocking 60 calories! I've made up the 20% figure for explanation purposes, but ss long as you're aware of what kind of diet you have, then you should be able to assess whether these pills will work for you!
