Second half of the book 100% a page turner. I loved this book, gripping from beginning to end. The author obviously knows her way around a crime investigation, and portrays engaging and realistic police investigators, who are also ‘real’ characters, with complex lives.

Very clever, good twist. This story would be wonderful as a tv series. As in most crime fiction and police procedurals, the end seemed relatively optimistic and satisfactory, until I read the last line of the epilogue, so I’m not sure. Fantastically gripping from start to ending.
