This was purchased as a slightly damaged product with blemishes. As you can see from the photos the actual body of the box is cracked and needs repair to avoid it worsening. Superb piece of kit.

As you can see in the picture there is some sort of polystyrene or insulation I don't know if this is meant to be in there or not Exactly what I want Yes. I can do a week's meat/diary shopping and it will keep it cold all week.

Overall we are very happy with it, I have just switched it on mains now, so will post again tomorrow with temperature etc. does it freeze water. Yesterday it was 15c outside but the cooler box was running at 0c.

Good size, fits nicely between the front seats of our motorhome, the fan does make some noise but I feel we will get used to it over time. I'm using this on a yacht. Overnight in eco mode it ran at max 2c. Yes it can.

I will never buy a reduced item which has been damaged, from Amazon again as the discription does not reflect the true extent of the damage, and images are not posted alongside the description! It was initially reduced by around £20, and after my complaint by a further £20, which really, for the damage sustained, I feel too little! I would definitely recomend this cooler I would have returned it, but could not obtain a new one in time for my camping holiday, so had to use it.
