The XL also feels nicer. I'm not keen on the 3D function but there is a slider which lets you adapt the 3D to how you want it, including switching it off. So you can imagine the disappointment on Christmas day when my mum opened the box, got the 3DS-XL out was about to play it and we were all like where's the AC adaptor?

The fact Nintendo didn't build this into this version of the handheld is rediculous. I previously had a launch 3DS and used to be very anti-XL.
