Lemsip Max All in One liquid contains four active ingredients which all work together to ease your cold and flu symptoms. These ingredients are: Phenylephrine is a decongestant, and it reduces the swelling in your nasal passages, relieving a blocked nose and easing pressure build up in your head and face. Finally, cetylpyridinium chloride is an antiseptic and anti-infective, which means it helps to ease sore throats and prevent infection in the area. Guaifenesin is an expectorant, which means it loosens phlegm, making it easier to cough up.

• Paracetamol 1000mg
• Wipe the neck of the bottle clean and replace the cap securely, without over-tightening it.
• Phenylephrine
• Do not give to children under 16 years of age.
• Adults, the elderly and children 16 years and over: Fill the measure cup to the 20ml mark and take one 20ml dose (four 5ml spoonfuls).
• 18mg
• 16 years and over: 20ml every 4 hours.
• Do not take if you are pregnant.
