That being said, I'm officially a clean eater. It really helped me to learn how to eat right and I have lost and maintained a lot of weight after reading this book.

I'm one of those people who would eat burgers, sweets all that tasty stuff. This book completely turned me off.
The audiobook version was great to listen to while driving or cooking. I ate chicken and turkey everyday!
Don't read the book if you want to keep eating pus, infected antibiotic food. It is so much more about looks and how to actually care for and fuel your body. I almost didn't buy the book because of reviews stating its about going vegan. !
I was a cheese lover, not anymore. I read this book cover to cover in a matter of hours. I never thought in all my 26 years of eating meat that I would actually give it up.
If you are ready to change, and hear it from an honest point of view. It is bluntly truthful and snarky.
