Absolutely fabulos belt , I should've bought this long time ago, works very well , it has high intensity speed going from 1 to 99 which is a lot for me as I use it around about 40. so it actually does work, I use it on full power though for an hour when I use it but I am used to it now and it’s only sposed to be used for half an hour at a time. The media could not be loaded.

This is my 3rd day of using the ab belt and it is just as good if not better than the £80 slender tone item I was going to get. First of all I must say. And I have included a selection of my gym photos so you can see it actually works.

I highly recommend this though over any toning belt. Great product. as you can appreciate I am used to it.

I can’t wait to see what would happen in 4 weeks! Good ab belt, after you use it properly. If you invest time into your body, this is a great little helper.

I feel it gives my abdominal and obliques that extra push after a workout. I havnt even had to Change batteries/ buy new lubricant yet. So my abs routine for the past 7 days consists of putting the gel (included in the package) on the pads and wear the belt around the house for 1-2 hour per day. Received and started using this product one week ago, when I look into the mirror today, I am amazed!

Having adjusting my lifestyle and eating healthier, I wanted to use an ab belt to assist with stomach toning. It came with two double A batteries but I have put in Duracell and kept those ones in the bag. So don't waste your money if you don't want to put the time in.

I love this machine. It does not show battery life but I have used this three times a day since Monday (it's now Friday) and it's still going. And it works! I’ve been running regularly but I hate abs workout ie sit-ups, crunches etc.
